Warranty & Returns
Refund policy
All Legacy Goods and Legacy Golf products are handcrafted with pride and personally hand-inspected before they leave my shop. Because the items are considered artistic creations, all finishes, features, and functionality of the products should be considered aesthetic or artistic choices. Because of the handcrafted nature of my products, I can not guarantee you will like the way a product looks or performs after you purchase it.
How do I get a refund on a purchase?
Email legacygoods@gmail.com or use the contact form on my website to get in touch. Refunds on purchases will only be given if there is a manufacturing defect with an unused item. I reserve the right to inspect the item prior to offering a refund to ensure the item has not been abused or damaged after it left my shop. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges to ship the item back to Legacy Goods before receiving a refund.
Can I get a refund on my custom / personalized order?
No refunds will be given on custom or personalized orders after approval of the concept artwork. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of the order must be provided before any work will begin on custom or personalized orders.
Do you warranty your products?
All Legacy Goods and Legacy Golf products are warrantied, for the original customer, against manufacturing and fabrication defects that negatively affect the usability or functionality of the product for 1 year from the purchase date. Items that fail in functionality can be sent back for repair. If a repair can not be made to return the item to its original functionality, a refund or replacement may be considered.
What does your warranty NOT cover?
• Finishes, patinas, paint fill, or coatings are not covered by warranty. Many custom finishes and metal treatments may require maintenance to keep their original appearance. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep clubs from rusting and tools from getting scratched or damaged during use.
• 3rd party items such as grips, shafts, and covers are not covered by warranty.
• Damage from abuse or using an item outside of its intended purpose is not covered by warranty.
• Natural wear and damage from being used for the intended purpose are not covered. For example, divot tools are intended to be stuck into soil and will eventually cause wear to the item which may damage surface details or material properties.
• Shipping damage is not covered by any Legacy Goods or Legacy Golf warranty. In the event of shipping damage, a claim will be filed with the shipping company if the item was insured against damage. No refunds or replacement items will be given until the claim process and recovery of compensation for the damage is complete.
• Items purchased second-hand will not be covered under warranty. You must be the original purchaser to make a warranty claim on any item.
All refund and warranty policies are subject to modification by Legacy Goods LLC. at any time. Legacy Goods LLC. is not responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by the purchase or use of any product sold by Legacy Goods LLC.
