Carbon Twist Neck Prototype Gennaro Putter
The first studio design putter release of 2025, this prototype is a true one-of-one concept. With its rolled fenders and hand-twisted flow neck, this carbon steel putter combines artistry and experimentation into a handcrafted work of art. The first prototype was CNC-milled to the exact weight and toe-hang specifications I had envisioned, this is the first of its kind. This is a truly unique prototype item.
The carbon steel putter has a milled finish with each detail of the fabrication process highlighted in incredible detail. Each mark the carbide tooling made on the raw steel has been captured. The topline features a stainless steel screw site dot with a visual alignment line. The welded flow-neck is hand-polished stainless steel that has been twisted a full revolution. This putter is the embodiment of months of planning, designing, fabrication, and finishing which is why the only brand marks are my initials.
Weight: 365g
Head: Hand-Torched Carbon Steel
Face: Milled with “JT” maker’s engraving
Shaft: KBS Chrome Stepless Steel (Cut to customer spec)
Lie: 71º Loft: 3º Offset: Half Shaft
Toe Hang: Medium
Headcover: Brown Embroidered Included
*Please note: Torched finishes require significant upkeep and will eventually patina and fade with use. This is true of all torched finishes, regardless of brand or maker. It’s advised to never store carbon steel putters in a cover after a round and always keep them coated with silicone or oil to prevent rust.
